What is the F.U.F Course?

F.U.F is a 12-week online total body transformation program. In the course, I will personally guide you (or a group) through a set of specific, core exercises designed to activate your body’s adaptive response mechanisms in order to engage your muscles, promote growth and strength within them. By doing this we are able to radically transform your body composition in just two 15 minute workouts per week. The course is easy to follow and accessible for all ages, genders, lifestyles and fitness levels. All the exercises can be adapted to your unique needs and mobility. You do not need a gym membership to complete this course. All the exercises can be completed safely in your own home using basic home-gym equipment.

How is it different?

FUF is radically different than any other fitness program I’ve experienced and it gets superior results in minimal time. Unlike most fitness programs, you won’t need to spend 5 hours a week in the gym or watching fitness videos on youtube with/without getting results. FUF gets you in, gets you out and gets you fit fast! We also focuses on movements mimicing those we use in everyday life, such as pushing, pulling, squatting and more.

F.U.F is a science based execise program backed by extensive research on how the human body can transform in minimal time under the rigth conditions (load/stress) thus initiating an adaptive stress response encouraging your body to recruit all of your muscle fibers in one workout. Which in turn triggers the tear and repair of those muscles fibers, to ultimately create growth and improved strength of your muscles. Leading to a total body recomposition.

How does the course work?

F.U.F is divided into three phases, each with its own distinct focus. The program’s ultimate goal is to empower you with a deep understanding of your body’s fitness mechanisms, teach you core exercises that get results, learn the role of proper nutrition,  and finally, rest and recovery for reaching your desired fitness goals. The course also provides you with the tools to continue your transformation well beyond the 12 week program – allowing you to continually adapt your workout routine to your ever increasing strength. And as a bonus you will learn how to target specific areas of the body for more focused gains, such as glutes, abs and calf muscles.

Each week you will receive numerous educational videos that guide you on your F.U.F fitness journey. You will also have access to me weekly in live zoom calls to discuss the educational content, any questions or concerns you may have, and celebrate your wins each week. If you join the group program, you will also be able to engage with like-minded individuals, build friendships and encourage, learn and grow from each other.

Course Outline

F.U.F. Course - Health and Fitness Mastery

12 Week Course (3 Phases):

  1.  Assessment Phase  – get a clear picture of where you are located with regards to health and fitness by collecting and analysing your health and fitness stats. Learn how to assess your own body and create goals for yourself. 
  2. Sculpting Phase – learn the main workout routine for this course that targets the entire body for a full body re-composition. Also learn supportive routine for sculpting more specific trouble areas you desire to improve. Transform your body in two 15-minute work-outs a week.
  3. F.U.F. Lifestyle & Nutrition – gain a deeper understanding of nutrition, rest and recovery and the roles these important elements play in faster gains (or in some cases loses!)
